• Any individual is of 18 years of age and above can subscribe
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole description
• Gaining membership entry does not make a member, an employee, franchises partner or owner of the company
• Members shall not modify the program in any way
• The one time membership fee is neither refundable not transferable
• Membership fee should be paid by Bank Draft favoring healthewealthelife.com and payable at Mangalore
• Every member should have a valid email address of their own
• Payments will be made by a/c payee cheques every week on the first working day and would be posted by regd. post to the address furnished at the time of enrolment.
• Change of address of any is to be intimated to us as early as possible
• ITDS, whatever applicable as per prevailing laws, will be deducted from the earnings of members and a certificate to this effect will be issued and sent along with the payment advice
• We reserve the right to make any amendments as well as the terms and conditions either in full or part as we clear fit, Which shall be binding on all members
• We shall not be responsible for any technical problems, acts of negligence by third parties or any other events which are beyond our control
• Earning potential mentioned in the program is directly related to the efforts put in by the members
• The eligibility to receive the earnings from the wealth creation program starts after the members sponsor a minimum of 3 members to the program.
• All claims/disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Mangalore only
